Northern State Parkway to Exit 42N or Long Island Expressway
to Exit 51N - Rt 231 Deer Park Avenue. North of Northern State, take the left fork. Continuing north on Deer Park Avenue,
cross Jericho Turnpike (Rt 25). Make a right onto Broadway (CR 86). Continue past traffic light at Little Plains Road. Facility
is 2 blocks ahead on the left, between Tulip and Bristol Streets.
